This product is a contains around 50% of calcium stearate dispersed liquid, used in starch, casein and emulsion coating. It can improve the operation performance of coating, change the coating nature of the paper.

This product will lubricate to coat, it can improve the flow of coating, to make the coating smooth.After coating drying, it also can prevent the crack, improve the appearance and printing performance, and improve the surface glossy and smooth.This product has little influence in viscosity of most coating.

Application Method & Notes

Usually the weight of product is 1%-5% of dry pigment. This product is liquid,so can be doesed directly.25kg or 200kg in Plastic barrel. Storage for 6 months in room shady and dry place.
